Just got engaged? Congratulations! Already overwhelmed? Let us take over! Full service wedding planning and design starting with the perfect vendors and service providers. We will work together from the moment you walk into our office all the way to the grand exit! Wedding planning is an extensive process and can become overwhelming with a maze of options and decisions. With this package, we do all the hard work, research and contacting on your behalf, and present to you the best options for you to choose from. 

Communication: Email and phone support available daily ( during business hours) for 

questions.

Monthly Status Calls: Monthly call to review items left on checklist, talk about new ideas, discuss concerns and ensure a high-level planning experience.

Vendor Referrals: Personalized research and referrals of vendors (caterers, photographers, florists, DJs) and other wedding vendors based on your vision, need and budget.

Budget and Checklist: Creation of a custom budget worksheet and detailed event checklist to help with overall planning timing. 

Design Tools: Construction of a custom Pinterest board and vision board for all design and decor inspiration.

Stationery: Help with creation of custom printed material that fits clients' style, budget and vision, including but not limited to "Save the Dates", invitations, programs, menus, welcome letters, etc. 

Vendor Meetings: Attendance at vendor meetings to go over wedding details, (venue visit, design & decor, lighting, vendor duties, time-line of activities, vendor negotiations, etc.)

Day Of Timeline: Creation of your customized event schedule, including timing of all events, vendor arrival and departure, bridal party and couple logistics, as well as rental and decor guideline.

Diagrams: Supervision and help with floorplan, seating chart and guest list to ensure everything is in order. 

Accommodations: Sourcing of multiple hotels at various price points for your out-of-town guests and assistance with room block agreements.

Rental Order & Management: Order of all rentals needed, and arrange collection and returns for any rental items (chairs, linens, draping, lighting, furniture, dance floor, china, glassware, props, etc.)

Final Meeting: Final revision of the day-of timeline to ensure that all details are planned and covered.

Venue Walk-through: Last site visit and meeting with the caterer to double check all details and timing are consistent with the finalized timeline, floor-plan and day-of details.

Vendor Check-Up: Email to all vendors the week or the event to share the final itinerary and answer and last minute questions. 

Ceremony Rehearsal: Coordination of the on-site ceremony rehearsal with your bridal party and family.

Set Up: Setting up of all personal decor items such as ceremony programs, seating cards, menus, favors, guest book, signs, gift card receptacle, etc. 

Vendor Payment: Handling of all final vendor payments and gratuities on your behalf. 

Wedding day Management: Management and coordination of all day-of logistics, as well as assistance with bridal party, guests and vendor needs. 

Emergency Tool Kit: Access to a full emergency kit for any day-of needs.
